Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience with increasing scope and responsibilities, with at least 5 years as a lead engineer.
• Extensive experience with object-oriented programming in C#, Java, Python or equivalent.
• Experience with source code control systems such as Git and how to successfully use them across multiple teams.
• Extensive SQL integration development experience with SQL/NoSQL including data modeling and abstractions.
• Extensive experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, TFS, and Jira.
• Proven track record of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplined team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and quality for solutions and caregiver experience.
• Evaluate requirements, estimate costs, and design and implement solutions.
• Define and implement quality criteria and measure quality of experience.
• Manage and improve engineering processes, risks, dependencies, and compromises.
• Serve as a technical leader for large, enterprise-wide projects.
