Job summary

Callaway Golf Company seeks a Technical Leader to define and drive the Digital Commerce platform roadmap. You will shepherd the modernization toward headless, cloud-native architectures, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable eCommerce services, APIs, and integrations.

Align engineering with business strategy and ensure secure, high-performing systems. You will mentor engineers, set standards for code quality, testing, security, and observability while partnering with Product and Delivery teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including high-traffic eCommerce apps.
• Experience with headless/composable commerce approaches and cloud-native architectures.
