Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering/technical product experience with 5+ years in principal or senior leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of automation technologies, workload orchestration, and DevOps practices.
• Proven experience architecting scalable, resilient platforms for hybrid cloud and mainframe environments.
• Strong proficiency in z/Assembler (HLASM), z/OS architecture, and modern languages (Java, Python, Go) and API design.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines for mainframe software development.
• Familiarity with observability platforms, security best practices, and performance optimization.
• Ability to define technical vision and roadmap for enterprise-scale solutions.
• Experience mentoring global engineering teams while contributing technically.

Responsibilities

• Direct requirements and backlog to align with vision and product direction.
