- Deep knowledge of ingredient functionality and cost optimization.
- Ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical authority in value engineering for NA region.
- Build multi-year pipeline of productivity opportunities.
- Shape long-term productivity strategy for North America.
- Identify breakthrough ingredient and formulation technologies.
- Lead cross-functional workshops on value engineering.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercialization.
- Represent Kraft Heinz with suppliers and industry partners.
