You will mentor staff, advance process understanding through modeling and characterization, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely regulatory filings and robust GMP manufacturing.

Qualifications

• PhD/MD/PharmD with scientific experience or Master’s with 6+ years in pharma.
• Bachelor’s with 8+ years of scientific experience also acceptable.
• Experience in oligonucleotide process development and GMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team in developing sustainable oligonucleotide manufacturing processes.
• Drive capacity expansion and improve yield with cross-functional plans.
• Oversee technology transfer to GMP production facilities and regulatory support.
• Guide process performance via understanding, modeling, and characterization.
• Coach colleagues and deliver project milestones on time.
