Responsibilities
- Lead a scientific team generating novel antibodies using in vitro discovery platforms.
- Design and construct diverse antibody display libraries for lead identification.
- Implement innovative strategies including AI-accelerated hit prioritization and automated workflows.
- Publish and present findings; mentor junior staff and coordinate collaborations.
- Partner with engineering, bioinformatics, and translational groups to align design with goals.
