Qualifications
- PhD in Analytical Chemistry or closely related discipline, or a bachelor’s with 12+ years in academia, national labs, or industry.
- Experience leading a research team and delivering results in multi‑project environment.
- Deep expertise in liquid chromatography and column chemistry fundamentals.
- Hands‑on experience developing or evaluating instrumentation and systems.
- Strong publication/patent history in separation science or analytical instrumentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross‑disciplinary research group within Global Research Organization.
