Job summary

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in a related scientific discipline with 8+ years of research experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in particle synthesis, polymer chemistry, or chromatographic materials.
- Proven record of patents, publications, or commercialized technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead Material Science Innovation and drive new chromatographic materials.
- Provide scientific direction to project teams and mentor researchers.
- Generate and support IP through invention disclosures and patents.
- Identify external collaborations with academia, suppliers, and partners.
- Communicate findings via reports, publications, and presentations.
