Qualifications

• Ph.D. or MS in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years RF/analog/mixed-signal design
• Deep hands-on RF/mmWave transceiver and phased-array experience
• Proven track record delivering RF/mmWave products from requirements through tapeout
• SATCOM and radar domain knowledge with link budgets and OTA validation
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, integration, verification, and commercialization of complete RF/mmWave transceiver ICs for SATCOM terminals and radar/RF systems
• Perform hands-on schematic design, simulation, layout, extraction, EM analysis, verification, integration, and silicon validation
• Translate requirements into transceiver specs and budgets, allocate margins across IC/package/PCB, and close gaps
• Provide technical leadership for SATCOM and radar front ends, beamformers, and cross-functional coordination
• Guide RFIC-package-PCB-antenna co-design and lead reviews, signoff criteria, and mentoring
• Partner with Product, Test, Applications, Firmware, Digital, Software, and Manufacturing teams on characterization and OTA correlation
• Lead silicon bring-up, system integration, customer demonstrations, root-cause analysis, and production ramp
• Influence roadmaps, platform reuse, risk decisions, and IP for SATCOM, radar, and 5G products
