Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years in analog/mmWave IC design.
• Proven track record delivering RFIC blocks from architecture to production.
• Expertise in receivers, transmitters, PLLs, LO generation, or transceiver integration.
• Strong CMOS/SOI, RF passives and EM structures.
• Experience with Cadence tools and silicon debug.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, layout, integration, verification, characterization, and productization of RFIC blocks from concept through production ramp.
• Translate system requirements into block specifications and establish performance budgets across power, area, noise, linearity, bandwidth, and temperature.
• Perform hands-on design in receivers, transmitters, PLLs, LO generation, analog baseband, biasing, or transceiver integration.
• Drive schematic, post-layout, PVT, Monte Carlo, EM, mixed-signal verification; close gaps via simulation and measurement.
• Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and communicate decisions and risks to teams.
