Qualifications

• PhD in epidemiology or related discipline.

• Experience designing and analyzing RWE using claims data, EMR, and patient charts.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with big data analytics platforms.
• Track record of peer-reviewed publications demonstrating RWE expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop RWE strategies for one or multiple molecules to support evidence for global and regional audiences.
• Drive RWE innovations and communicate results to stakeholders and scientific communities.
• Lead design and execution of RWE projects using claims data/EMR and SAPs.
• Provide RWE leadership across internal cross-functional teams.
• Support operational processes for daily RWE activities.
• Assess real-world data assets and establish data curation plans and licenses.
• Stay current with RWE methodologies and applications.
