Job summary

Qualifications
- BS/BA in science, engineering or business administration or equivalent.
- 12+ years of Medical Device experience with at least 7 years in PM.
- Experience with QSR 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, MDR and related regs.
- Project management training or certification preferred.
- Experience in process improvements and PM frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional project activities per NPD lifecycle and Design Control.
- Plan, monitor, and report project progress and risk across the portfolio.
- Set strategy/vision and maintain organizational alignment.
- Lead multiple parallel projects with diverse teams.
- Manage product development from feasibility to market release.
- Publish dashboards and formal communications for status updates.
- Mentor other Project Managers within the group.
- Lead complex NPD projects from concept to launch.
