Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance (or active within the past two years).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 12+ years of professional work experience.
• 10+ years managing large-scale consulting projects and change initiatives.
• 5+ years managing people/teams.
• Proven track record of capturing and growing business with clients.
• Proficiency in change strategy, strategic planning, organizational design, leadership development, and IT transformation.
• Strong group facilitation skills for high-stakes environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work onsite in Alexandria, VA three times a week.
• Desired: PMP or Change Management certification; strategic communications experience.
