The role focuses on portfolio governance, cost and schedule performance, and the development of automated workflows to improve decision making.

The ideal candidate brings ABET‑accredited engineering education and 12+ years of capex project experience, with strong skills in SAP, Power BI, and project controls.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree.
• 12+ years in manufacturing project roles.
• 12+ years managing $5M+ capex projects.
• Proficient with MS Office, SAP, and project tools.
• Strong communication across org levels.
• Experience with Power BI and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital project portfolio management and controls.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Mentor project engineers and partners.
• Drive standard workflows and tools across sites.
