Job summary

RTX seeks a Senior Principal Program Quality Engineer (PQE) to support the Tomahawk program on site in Tucson, AZ. You will work within the Quality team to ensure products meet AS9100/AS9102 standards and contractual requirements.

The role requires a current Secret- level clearance and a strong ability to collaborate across systems, electrical, mechanical, and supplier teams to drive quality improvements and document all quality history per program plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in quality/mission assurance for defense programs.
• Experience with AS9100/AS9102 and ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage data packages.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the Tomahawk Program team ensuring quality and contract conformance.
• Oversee cross-functional integration to meet program quality plans and customer requirements.
• Act as quality liaison with DCMA/USG and internal labs for issue resolution.
