Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Dulles, VA seeks a Senior Principal Program Cost Control Analyst to support budgets, schedules and financial analyses for contracts essential to national security. This is a 100% onsite role requiring a Top Secret clearance.

The role includes setting up cost control systems, monitoring costs and schedules, performing EVM tasks, supporting audits, and preparing management reports with accurate funding projections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6 years of professional experience.
• Active U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope.
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system.
• Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management, fact-finding and negotiation support.
• Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated parameters and government guidelines.
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks including WBS development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis and visibility reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
