Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in Manufacturing, Materials, MRP, Production Control or Business Coordination; Master’s degree with 6 years in the same areas; 12 years may substitute the degree requirement.
• Experience using SAP/ERP or other related systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Level Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Planner for P&MC, coordinating production planning across multiple shifts.
• Drive timely flow of product through the cell to meet delivery requirements.
• Interface between Manufacturing, Program Operations, Global Supply Chain, Inventory, Engineering and Quality.
• Consolidate and analyze production data for status updates across manufacturing processes.
• Track and report KPIs such as OTTR, Last Touch, OOC, OTTF.
• Lead execution to reduce aging orders, overdue hours and material shortages.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Analysts/Planners on planning, scheduling and visibility tools.
• Assist P&MC Management on Continuous Improvement projects.
