Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Principal Operations Program Management Specialist based in Rolling Meadows, IL. You will lead manufacturing programs, coordinate with multiple engineering and supply chain functions, and drive cost/schedule/quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in PM/SC, MRP experience, and the ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance. US citizenship is required; relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in PM, supply chain, or business management.
• Masters degree with 6+ years in PM, supply chain, or business management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production planning and execution of manufacturing programs.
• Interface with Design Engineering, Operations Engineering, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance.
• Oversee proposals, basis of estimates, resource codes, and labor rates.
• Develop and maintain production tools/metrics including Excel macros.
• Ensure on-time program and manufacturing goal attainment.
• Monthly reconciliation of Sales Order WBS to MRP WBS.
