Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Strong Lean Product Management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading products from idea to market.
• Experience with user-centered design, usability testing, and research methods.
• Stakeholder management, communication, and presentation.
• Experience working in a balanced, cross-functional team.
• Experience in rapid and iterative development environments.
• Balancing customer and user feedback to create desirable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Vision: define long-term goals, align with business strategy, and establish vision, strategy, and backlog.
• Facilitate and Communicate: drive verbal and written communication across audiences including senior levels.
• Decision Making and Problem Solving: make informed decisions based on stakeholder input and market analysis.
• Work Prioritization: lead cross-functional team to execute against a vision and prioritize backlog.
• User Story Creation: document detailed requirements with acceptance criteria for the dev team.
• Strategic Stakeholder Communication: bridge between stakeholders and the team to incorporate needs into the backlog.
