Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure seeks a Senior Principal Product Manager for Robotics Automation to define the product vision, roadmap, and initial scope for a platform that helps scientists and enterprises automate physical workflows reliably and safely.

You will lead discovery, identify valuable problems, define pilot use cases, and shape long-term platform strategy for integrating robots, instruments, workflows, and cloud services, working with customers, engineering, and partners.

Qualifications

• 11 years of experience in software development.
• Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Experience delivering highly technical products and platforms for cloud, automation, or enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for Robotics Automation.
• Collaborate with strategic customers, scientists, lab operators, and automation partners to understand workflows and needs.
• Identify and prioritize pilot use cases with measurable success criteria.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user journeys, and engineering priorities.
• Partner with Robotics Platform Engineers to balance value, safety, reliability, cost, and delivery time.
• Drive the product lifecycle from discovery to pilot, launch, and continuous improvement.
