Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure seeks a Senior Director of Product Management to lead robotics, perception, and embodied AI product strategy and portfolio. You will shape how advances in robotics and AI become differentiated products, platforms, and customer solutions across embedded and cloud contexts.

You will lead senior product managers and collaborate with executives across research, engineering, safety, sales, and operations to deliver durable product-management processes and strong execution

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product/service/project/program management, product design, or related field.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate long-term portfolio vision, market strategy, and unified roadmap across research, AI, robotics software, hardware enablement, data, simulation, cloud services, and customer solutions.
• Lead multiple product teams and partner with executives across Applied Science, Engineering, Hardware, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Establish portfolio metrics, investment gates, and operating mechanisms to improve execution.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing organization of product leaders and managers.
• Drive talent strategy and leadership development in the portfolio.
