Job summary

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Senior Principal Procurement Specialist for Logistics & Supply Chain on a full-time contract basis. This remote role supports government contracting initiatives and requires strong negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier management capabilities.

You will prepare solicitations (RFQ/RFP/RFI), analyze proposals, manage supplier performance, ensure FAR/DFAR compliance, and engage with executives and cross-functional teams to drive on-time delivery and cost

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement for government contracting programs and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead formal negotiations (price, terms, delivery) with suppliers.
• Experience evaluating quotations, proposals, and cost/price analyses.
• Familiarity with all phases of sourcing and procurement execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and solicit RFQ/RFP/RFI and cost proposals from vendors and providers.
• Analyze cost, price, technical capability, and financial viability.
• Manage supplier critical path and monitor cost, schedule, and status.
• Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations with suppliers.
• Ensure PO documentation complies with FAR/DFAR and related policies.
