Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Sr Principal Program Manager to lead multiple complex tech initiatives across distributed teams in Fort Worth, onsite 3x per week. You will own end-to-end delivery, planning, risk, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or engineering domains.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in technical project management or delivery management.
• 5+ years managing technical initiatives in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or engineering.
• Strong experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or Kanban ceremonies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally or equivalent tools.
• Experience translating requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent technical workstreams.
• Experience with budgeting, risk management, and milestone tracking.
• Experience producing executive-level project status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent initiatives across full project lifecycles from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, scope, budgets, risks, issues, and timelines.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage backlogs using Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or similar tools.
• Gather requirements from technical and business stakeholders and translate into user stories.
• Create runbooks, SOPs, and architecture documentation to support delivery.
• Produce executive-ready status reports covering progress, budget, risks, and changes.
• Mentor geographically distributed teams and promote continuous improvement.
