Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology programs. This full-time, contract role requires coordinating multiple concurrent projects across Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX, with onsite presence three days a week.

You will collaborate with Principal Architects, Engineering Leads, Product Owners, and executive leadership, driving Java-based applications and enterprise initiatives while ensuring delivery on time and within scope. W-2 employment only.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management, Program Management, or Technical Program Management experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
• Oversight of approximately 5-6 concurrent projects.
• Collaboration with Principal Architects, Engineering Leads, Product Owners, and Executive Leadership.
• Must have experience working in Java-based application environment.
