Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s with 3+; or PhD with 1+ year.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
• Willingness to travel as required
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, software, systems)
• Knowledge of CAM or cost/schedule control is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope, objectives and deliverables for motion controls hardware.
• Plan and manage schedules, resources and budgets to stay on target.
• Monitor progress, milestones, costs and risks; drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate documentation and design releases with engineering teams.
• Lead design reviews, peer reviews, and test/verification activities.
• Support test planning and execution across design, fabrication and integration.
