Qualifications

• 12+ years of mechanical engineering design experience in building services.
• Senior MEP experience in an architectural engineering consultancy.
• BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering; P.E. preferred.
• LEED AP accreditation preferred.
• Experience using Revit and computational analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver outcomes and meet objectives.
• Lead design and technical specs of mechanical systems for quality output.
• Manage project resources, client relationships, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor graduate and junior engineers for professional development.
• Communicate with clients and maintain relationships.
• Contribute ideas and innovative solutions across projects.
• Direct multiple projects across the group with financial success.
• Ensure practices comply with codes and client interests.
