Job summary

You will guide multiple engineering teams in support of both development and production, shaping the future of aerospace and defense. This role is onsite at the MULTI PURPOSE FAC 928 facility and requires active clearance.

Qualifications

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Communicate to Raytheon leadership to provide technical program status, accomplishments, issues, and help needed, while influencing the IPTs/CPTs to ensure appropriate and effective program alignment and teamwork. Provide guidance to multiple teams of multi-disciplined engineers in support of product development and production.
