Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with extensive board-level hardware experience.
• Minimum of 10+ years in developing board-level hardware and system designs.
• Proven leadership in guiding junior HW engineers.
• Experience in system architecture and high-speed interfaces.
• Familiarity with volume manufacturing methods.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Experience with SI/PI, power distribution, and signal integrity.

Responsibilities

• Architecture, design, bring-up, and sustain of hardware system platform.
• Develop engineering standards and lead process improvements; lead design reviews.
• Maintain documentation and promote quality across hardware projects.

Our emulation-acceleration system platform is the most advanced industry-leading configurable scalable system, generation after generation, used in labs and datacenters. This position requires to architect systems, design boards, schematic entry, work with layout engineers to do PCB layout, signal integrity knowledge, bring-up, and sustain the current hardware platforms

Maintain a strong, high level of competence in Electrical and/or Computer engineering to promote the incorporation of relevant technology into products and/or processes; and provide leadership and guidance to junior technical staff member
