The candidate will drive policy development, ensure regulatory alignment, and collaborate with global teams to pursue international sales opportunities while maintaining high standards of regulatory excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 15 years prior experience (or Graduate Degree with 13 years) or 19 years non-degree experience.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams (5+ years).
• 10+ years hands-on ITAR and EAR compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Senior Empowered Official and drive trade compliance processes.
• Lead and empower sector trade compliance teams for high performance.
• Foster an inclusive culture within trade compliance teams.
• Embed trade compliance strategy with Business Development and Operations.
• Ensure licenses and CJ determinations align with financial objectives.
• Represent Trade Compliance in briefings and enforcement matters.
