Job summary

Qualifications

• BS, MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 15+ years in EDA software, FPGA/ASIC tools, or related optimization tech.
• Strong C++, data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
• Experience architecting large-scale software systems and engines.

Responsibilities

• Define the architectural roadmap for FPGA compiler technologies.
• Design advanced optimization algorithms for timing, area, and power.
• Lead development of timing-driven optimization methodologies.
• Architect scalable solutions for large hierarchical designs.
• Drive synthesis, placement, routing, and physical optimization domains.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product management and customers.
