Responsabilidades

• Define European Hub Talent Strategy for Moniepoint's engineering hubs (Poland, Spain).
• Anchor founding team narratives highlighting scale, ownership, and system complexity.
• Navigate country nuances in developer communities and engagement models.
• Conceive and lead physical and virtual developer events, meetups, hackathons, and partnerships.
• Create end-to-end candidate pipelines and nurture funnels for TA partners.
• Provide strategic guidance to TA and Brand leadership on market intelligence and messaging.
