We are seeking experienced senior management consultants specializing in Enterprise Architecture and Design to join our North American Communications, Media, and Technology practice at a Senior Principal level.

Role Overview:

You will be a thought leader in the CMT industry, advising clients on solutions and helping define and realize business architectures as part of transformation initiatives. Your deep experience in defining solutions and enterprise architecture across CMT sub-sectors will enable you to shape value-adding consulting solutions that meet the sector's rapidly evolving business models.

Key Focus Areas:

• Business and Technology Transformation
• Reimaged Enterprise Telecom Business

Responsibilities:

• Define transformation roadmaps
• End-to-End solution and technical architecture review and ownership
• Develop process models and solution architectures
• Technology evaluation, PoC design and execution
• Mentor team members and guide project delivery
• Identify new business opportunities

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 10+ years in CMT industry and 5+ years consulting)
• Ability to travel up to 4 days a week
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree or MBA in Communications, Media, or Entertainment
• Strong client-facing and solution design skills
• Excellent planning, coordination, and communication abilities
