Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-stack design and development using OO principles.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, React JS, REST APIs, and Java/J2EE.
• Experience with Big Data platforms and AI/ML workloads.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Strong emphasis on test driven development and Agile processes.
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (JIRA, Jenkins, SonarQube).
• Knowledge of JVM internals and memory management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and design scalable architectures for complex projects.
• Develop key components and mentor engineers, sharing patterns and techniques.
• Lead design and code reviews; enhance engineering standards with AI-assisted development.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver software solutions for Citi's business.
• Drive adoption of new technologies while following Citi's architectural guidelines.
• Coach junior developers and analysts, building AI/ML and intelligent systems capability.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, rules, and Citi policies.
