Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in Machine Learning, Data Analytics, AI.
• Experience implementing Generative AI solutions highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and machine learning frameworks, products, and tools for agentic solutions.
• Extensive experience in designing & implementing multi-tier (including microservices) application platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, including object-oriented techniques, and REST API development.
• In-depth knowledge of databases, large structured & unstructured dataset processing, and messaging is important.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders to drive technology strategy and align with organizational goals.
• A self-starter attitude quickly adapts to new technologies and industry trends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work independently and in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops the engineering approach for the entire program/portfolio solution and works with Architecture, to deliver technical enablers.
• Leads planning, definition, and design of complex features spanning multiple teams.
• Creates ideas on designing complex technology and solution development approaches.
• Leads technical oversight for teams in solution development including design reviews and coding within own domain.
• Defines the technology tool stack for the solution within approved technologies.
• Explores state-of-the-art technologies to improve development efficiencies and release management.
• Leads end-to-end test strategy and integration between teams for a program/portfolio solution.
• Partners with Global Markets GenAI Technology team to promote Generative AI tools across teams in Regulatory Reporting.
