Job summary

Appnovation seeks a Principal Engineer to own the end-to-end technical coherence of an enterprise marketing technology ecosystem for life sciences clients. You will set a single technical direction across platform teams, aligning architectures, data contracts and roadmaps into one system with focus on AI-enabled patient and HCP experiences.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software and platform engineering experience.
• Experience aligning multiple roadmaps around shared data contracts.
• Regulated industry experience and AI-enabled services knowledge.
• Deep hands-on with AI assistants and service interfaces.
• Experience in patient-facing or clinician-facing tech and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a single technical direction across content and experience systems.
• Lead architecture reviews and set data governance and security standards.
• Own end-to-end data traceability from asset to business results.
• Partner with stakeholders to deploy AI-enabled patient and HCP experiences.
