With 12+ years in electronics manufacturing, you will define line specs, select equipment, and partner with EE and product teams to optimize DFM, yield, and throughput while mentoring engineers and upholding IPC/ESD standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• 12+ years direct manufacturing engineering experience in electronics production.
• Deep SMT assembly, PCBA test, and wire harness fabrication expertise.
• Experience leading commissioning and ramp-up of electronics manufacturing ops.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end electronics manufacturing line concept, design, and deployment.
• Develop line requirements including layout, throughput, and Capex.
• Define process parameters for SMT placement, reflow, wave solder, and wiring.
• Oversee equipment RFQ, FAT, and deployment for pick-and-place, ovens, AOI/SPI.
• Lead project scope from concept to production launch and handover.
• Drive DFM with EE and product design for PCBA and harness integration.
• Advance PFMEA, OEE, and Lean Six Sigma improvements upstream.
• Standardize processes, ESD controls, and production documentation.
• Mentor peers and ensure IPC/ESD compliance across manufacturing.
