Job summary

RTX's Test Solutions organization within RTX is seeking a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer TechLead to work onsite in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role involves collaborating with weapon test system designers to understand requirements, design solutions, integrate, and deploy systems supporting test and tactical software development, testing and delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in STEM and 10+ years of relevant experience, with the ability to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years prior relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading the execution of complex test system engineering activities, including hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance within production, manufacturing, or product qualification environments.
• Experience directing the design, development, and/or integration of test equipment and leading teams of experienced professionals.
• The ability to obtain andmaintaina U.S. government-issued security clearance isrequired. U.S. citizenship isrequired, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
