Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in electrical / electronic engineering or related engineering field.
• Relevant experience in electrical engineering and at least 2 years of engineering management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of GxP, ISO and medical device regulations and the development/implementation of new products/processes in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects in electrical design for instrument development under FDA requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver compliant products.
• Identify improvements and propose new tools or processes to meet regulatory goals.
