Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of electrical/electronic engineering experience.
• Strong experience in electronic circuit design, development, and verification.
• Experience with schematic capture, PCB development, and circuit debugging.
• Experience developing characterization, verification, and validation tests for electronic systems.
• Experience working in a regulated product development environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, verification, and sustaining of electronic systems for neuromodulation products.
• Design, analyze, and document analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power management circuits; provide PCB layout guidance.
• Develop and execute characterization, verification, and validation test strategies to meet performance, reliability, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with systems, firmware, mechanical, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory teams throughout the product development process.
• Investigate complex technical challenges, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for product development and sustaining activities.
• Partner with suppliers and manufacturing to support design for manufacturability and successful product transfer to production.
