Qualifications

• Bachelor's in STEM and 5 years of experience, or Master's in STEM with 3 years, or PhD with no experience for Principal role.
• Bachelor's in STEM and 8 years of experience, or Master's in STEM with 6 years, or PhD with 3 years for Sr. Principal role.
• Ability to obtain DOD Secret clearance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Matlab, hardware, and embedded operating systems.
• Familiarity with software architecture.

Responsibilities

• Integrate flight computer hardware ensuring capabilities and redundancy.
• Conduct investigations, system testing, and flight testing.
• Troubleshoot Production and Field issues.
• Support proposal development and risk analysis.
• Ensure conversion of customer requirements into system solutions.
