Job summary

Invesco Ltd. is seeking a Senior Principal Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure data solutions in a global investment context.

You will translate complex business needs into enterprise-grade architectures, collaborate with product owners, engineering leads, and governance teams to drive automation, analytics, and AI initiatives. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on solution delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution design, preferably in financial services or asset management.
• Hands-on experience leading design, development, and deployment of software at scale.
• 3-5 years proven track record as an AWS Solutions Architect or Senior Cloud Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure data architecture with cross-functional partners.
• Provide strategic leadership across business, delivery, and architecture teams.
• Develop architectural artifacts and reference models aligning with enterprise standards.
• Lead architecture review sessions and ensure traceability from requirements to implementation.
• Cultivate partnerships across stakeholders to ensure integrated, scalable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional forums to drive design decisions and governance.
