BeOne is seeking a Senior Principal Data Engineer to lead the data engineering organization. You will architect enterprise-scale data platforms, guide standards, and stay hands-on with architecture and solution design for analytics, operations, and AI workloads.

You will mentor engineers, shape roadmaps with product, governance, and infrastructure teams, and champion AI-assisted development to accelerate engineering productivity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Data/Software/Platform Engineering.
• Expert-level programming in Python and SQL.
• Leadership through influence on complex initiatives.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable ETL/ELT frameworks and data pipelines.
• Define enterprise data platform architecture and standards.
• Lead architecture reviews and engineering governance.
• Mentor senior engineers and collaborate across domains.
• Champion AI-assisted software development and tooling.
