Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Principal Architect to own enterprise data and analytics architecture strategy across Azure and Databricks Lakehouse. You will partner with engineering, business leaders, Microsoft, and Databricks to define target state, guide critical design decisions, and validate standards through working implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years in data engineering/architecture.
• Hands-on experience delivering on Azure and Databricks Lakehouse platforms.
• Proven ability to architect and implement enterprise data platforms and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise reference architecture and multi-year roadmap across Azure/Data Lake, Databricks, and BI.
• Publish design standards and reusable blueprints for lakehouse components and secure data access.
• Lead architecture review and ensure alignment with governance and design gates.
• Guide teams through design sessions, code reviews, and implementation of approved patterns.
