Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting technical issues based on OSI model.
• Experience with Cisco CLI commands and device management.
• Familiarity with RMF and Authorization to Operate (ATO) processes.
• Understanding of risk management and security controls.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (KVM, VMware) and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Provide Engineering and Administrative support onsite for a team of developers and testers.
• Develop, implement, and support solutions for mission critical infrastructure.
• Analyze existing systems and networks and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with mission system developers to deploy solutions.
• Maintain, test, and apply STIG configurations for network devices.
• Create and maintain network documentation including SOPs and Visio diagrams.
