Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Chantilly, VA seeks a Staff Cyber Systems Engineer to monitor, maintain, and provide Tier-2/3 support for a mission-critical network infrastructure. You will collect data for analysis, perform upgrades, and produce documentation and diagrams of work performed.

The candidate should lead with creative solutions in a fast-paced environment, working with multiple teams and ensuring system security while designing and deploying cloud-based and on-prem systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Engineering and Administrative support onsite for developers and testers
• Design, build and maintain AWS and hybrid-cloud systems
• Administer Linux and Windows operating systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot networking for AWS and hybrid-cloud environments
• Automate deployment and maintenance using IaC and configuration management tools
