Everfox is seeking a Senior Principal Cyber Engineer to solve complex cybersecurity challenges for U.S. Government customers.

You will deploy Cross Domain solutions, configure linux-based systems, and deliver on-site and remote support with a focus on secure data transfer and mission-critical operations. The role requires US citizenship, ability to obtain a Secret clearance, and extensive experience in enterprise software solutions, Linux, and network concepts.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• 15+ years of experience in a cyber engineer role supporting enterprise software solutions
• Advanced experience in Linux and scripting
• Advanced software development experience using procedural programming languages
• Excellent communication skills and ability to relay technical information to customers and laypersons
• Interest or experience in cyber security and in an operational environment
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, routers)
• Strong knowledge of programming logic and methodologies (regex)
• DODI 8570.1-M Compliance at IAT Level I; SANS GSEC, CISSP preferred

Responsabilités

• Self-starter using Linux and scripting to support customer requirements and secure data transfer
• Engage with customers to design, analyze and implement Everfox software
• Work hands-on in Linux environments, troubleshoot on-site issues, and configure Everfox solutions
• Support Cross Domain solutions with failover, co-op, load balancing, and interoperability
• Develop data inspection policies using proprietary and open source languages
• Provide technical briefings to customers and Everfox leadership as required
• Train, troubleshoot, and provide on-site/remote support to customers
