Job summary

Everfox seeks a Senior Cyber Engineer to support a dedicated customer site in the DC area as part of our professional services engineering team. This high-impact role requires hands-on technical expertise and independent troubleshooting to ensure secure, reliable operations of Everfox appliances and supporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities include Windows and RHEL 8.x administration, virtualization with ESXi/Hyper‑V, vulnerability remediation, firmware updates, and collaboration with product

Qualifications

• Active TS with SCI eligibility within two years from last use.
• At least one DoD 8140 Cyber Workforce Qualification Program certification (IAT level II or higher).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots Windows and RHEL 8.x operating systems on Everfox appliances.
• Manages ESXi or Hyper‑V virtual hosts and monitoring.
• Performs security vulnerability remediation aligned with STIGs or scan reports.
