Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Principal Process Engineer to provide strategic technical leadership and oversee process engineering across major projects in the chemicals sector. You will direct execution, mentor engineers, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

You will lead complex design deliverables, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and drive innovation while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Typically 12+ years of process engineering experience in chemicals or specialty chemicals.
• 3+ years of demonstrated project leadership.
• PE license preferred.
• Experience with revamps, expansions, and debottlenecking in chemical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering activities for multiple chemical projects with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and review PFDs, HMBs, P&IDs, basis of design and other deliverables.
• Provide technical oversight, mentor junior engineers, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, construction, and site teams to support project execution.
