Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is seeking a Senior Principal Project Manager to lead Organizational Change Management within the Manufacturing Strategy & Integration group. This role partners with Mission Systems Talent & Org Effectiveness to embed structured change practices across multi-year initiatives.

The position is hybrid and can be based in Salt Lake City, Rolling Meadows, Baltimore, San Diego, or Sunnyvale; candidates must live within commuting distance to meet

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s) with years of change management leadership in digital transformation.
• Experience leading redeployment/change management efforts in large programs.
• Proven project management and change management experience.
• Must communicate effectively with all levels; strong organization and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain Prosci certification within 90 days; sponsorship by Northrop Grumman.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary change management authority for the MS&I organization and embed structured change practices across projects.
• Lead planning, coordination and execution of deployment and change management activities; manage resources.
• Define and execute end-to-end change strategy (ADKAR-based) aligned with objectives.
• Consolidate project road maps into a phased program roadmap with milestones and go-live dates.
• Lead stakeholder analysis and manage a master stakeholder register with engagement strategies.
• Develop integrated communications strategy and multi-channel deliverables.
• Define training models and enablement architecture; develop training roadmaps.
• Develop sponsorship and leadership engagement strategies across the initiative.
