Qualifications

• US Citizen required.
• Eight+ years of business analysis or technical coordination experience.
• Experience delivering application migration, modernization, or cloud adoption projects.
• Strong understanding of dependencies, requirements traceability, and acceptance processes.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills bridging technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to provide functional leadership to team members on complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Leads stakeholder engagement with owners, users, executives and technical staff.
• Prepares migration profiles, validates information, and oversees migration planning.
• Documents functions, transactions, dependencies, constraints and acceptance criteria.
• Leads a migration team and coordinates engineers, testers, and SMEs.
• Confirms readiness before migration and drives customer acceptance post-migration.
• Identifies risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies for program leadership.
• Reports progress, capacity, and blockers to program leadership.
